Throughout its 160 years of existence, the company has enjoyed constant success thanks to incredible entrepreneurship, constant expansion, and the introduction of new styles, materials and technologies. High-quality, functional, beautifully designed products for the kitchen, home, food industry, restaurant and hotel business are known throughout the world.n1882–1905Years From the moment of the merger, over the next thirty years, the company's progress was incredible: constant expansion, development of new industries and technologies, distribution on the European market. A huge number of different products for interior, dining and kitchen items were produced. WMF quickly became a leader among the industrialists in this industry in Württemberg.nA far-sighted move was the purchase of land for a glass factory, built in 1883. Qualified specialists in the production and processing of crystal were invited from Bohemia on excellent terms. Now the company could produce not only vases, glasses, glasses, but also independently produce crystal and glass products with metal fasteners, without resorting to the intermediary of glass factories. The plant operated until 1982.nIn 1886, the Warsaw metal production company Plewkiewicz & Co was absorbed, which since 1900 has become a branch of WMF, intended to conquer the Eastern European market, including the Russian one. The department was mainly engaged in the silvering of blanks coming from Gailingen and produced finished products under its own brand.
